The Mamaia–Constanța Destination Management Organization announces the official completion of the Brand Manual for the new visual identity of the city of Constanța, a strategic document that marks a crucial step in the process of repositioning the city as a leading tourist destination in Romania and Europe.

Following an extensive process of consultation, analysis, and design—carried out in collaboration with experts in branding, communication, and tourism—Constanța finally has a unified visual identity system designed to ensure consistency across all promotional initiatives and to highlight the city’s cultural, historical, and natural heritage.

“This is a landmark moment for Constanța. The manual is not just a set of graphic guidelines, but a statement of vision. We are talking about an identity that reflects the city’s personality— a rich blend ofculture, history, a connection to the sea, and urban dynamism. It is a solid foundation for all future promotional campaigns and for how Constanța will present itself, from now on, to tourists and theinternationalcommunity,” said George Măndilă, president of OMD Mamaia – Constanța.

The visual identity manual contains:
- The official logo and its complementary versions
- Color palette and guidelines for use
- Typeface sets and examples of graphic applications in various media
- Guidelines for communication tone and key messages tailored to the target audience
- Guidelines for the use of the brand identity in promotional materials, events, and urban signage

The visual identity manual is available to the public and can be viewed online
