The purpose of the website is to present and promote the activities carried out by the Association, which, since 2023, has been responsible for tourism promotion and management for the Mamaia resort and the city of Constanța.
Please read these Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge the binding nature of these documents and agree to comply with them.

2. Intellectual Property
The Association is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights to the Website’s content, including, but not limited to: articles, text, photographs, illustrations, audio and video materials, trademarks, logos, and designs.
Website visitors may access, download, and print the published materials solely for personal or noncommercial use.
By taking these actions, users are not granted any rights, title, or legitimate interest in the materials published on the Website.
