OMD Mamaia Constanța is hiring an Asset Manager for its Logistics and Administration Department

The “Mamaia-Constanța Destination Management Organization” Association announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Property Manager within the logistics and administrative department on a permanent basis. The association’s administrative headquarters are located in Constanța, at 32 Nicolae Titulescu Street, ground floor.

The competition is being held in response to increased activity and workload, which has created a need to bring a new colleague onto the team to ensure the department runs smoothly.

“The increase in administrative and logistical activities at OMDMamaia-Constanța hashighlighted the need for a dedicated specialist to efficiently manage our assets. This Asset Manager position is essential to ensure that resources are managed optimallyandthat thelogistics infrastructureoperates at high standards. We are looking for a colleague with experienceandsolid skills in resource management who will contribute to the success and continuous development of our organization,” said George Măndilă, President of O.M.D. Mamaia-Constanța.

GeneralGeneral and specific requirements for the position of Asset Manager:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree; degree in economics or administrative sciences (public administration, European administration);
• English language skills – intermediate level;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access);
• Experience in the field of economics – at least 2 years;
• Driver's license – Class: B;
• Experience in local and/or central government is a plus;

Tuesday, October 23 – Monday, October 28: Submit applications at the OMD Mamaia Constanța office according to the following schedule:

• Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Saturday 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Monday, October 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. – announcement of the results of the application review

Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. – interview

Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. – announcement of interview results

Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. – Final report on the competition

• identification document – copy; 
• copy of college diploma; 
• documents certifying completion of specializations – copy;
• documents attesting to experience in the field, an extract from REVISAL;

• a medical certificate issued by your family doctor attesting to your good health.
