Establishing new contacts with Polish tour operators and travel agencies to include the Romanian coast in their offerings for the 2026 season, as well as promoting the destination through packages that combine beach, nature, relaxation, and services for families with children. These were two of the main goals of Mamaia Constanța’s participation in this year’s International Tourism Fair in Warsaw.
The 31st edition of the event brought together over 20,000 visitors and exhibitors from more than 50 countries. Romanian authenticity and hospitality were the center of attention. The OMD Mamaia Constanța team participated for the third consecutive year in TT Warsaw, from October 10 to 12, 2025.
During the three-day event, visitors discovered Romania through an interactive booth featuring traditional Romanian products, multimedia presentations, and artistic performances by the “Crișana” Ensemble from Oradea.
“It is an honor for us to participate for the third time in this event, which shows us every year that the Romanian coast is loved by Polish tourists. At the same time, the exchange of experiences and traditions, as well as the discussion of potential areas of collaboration with other tour operators in Europe, were among the main strategic objectives of our participation in the Warsaw International Tourism Fair. This year, we also focused on forming partnerships with Polish tour operators, given the interest in launching direct flights between Poland and the Romanian coast. Our destination is accessible to various types of tourists, from those seeking relaxation to those looking for fun or family vacations. We have also observed growing interest among Polish tourists, with longer stays and higher budgets,” stated Sebastian Puznava, Vice President of OMD Mamaia Constanța.

The Mamaia-Constanța destination desk was visited during the event by Theodor Cosmin Onisii, Romania’s Ambassador to the Republic of Poland, as well as by representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Poland. The delegation was led by the Embassy’s Consul, Ravshanbek Jabborov, along with Counselor
Mirzokhid Alikulov.

Representing OMD Mamaia Constanța at the event in Warsaw were Sebastian Puznava, Vice President, and Oana Silviana Crăciun, from the organization’s communications and public relations department.
During the three days of the tourism fair, visitors to the Romanian booth enjoyed authentic Dobrujan wines.
Poland is one of the most important markets for Romanian tourism. In 2024, over 100,000 Polish tourists visited our country. This year saw a 16% increase compared to 2023. Most choose the mountainous region and major cities, drawn by the authenticity of the places and Romanian hospitality.

The Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism represented Romania alongside 24 co-exhibiting partners.
At the 2025 edition, Romania was awarded the event’s most prestigious distinction for the second consecutive year in the “Trade Exhibitions” category. The award was presented in recognition of the stand’s quality, authenticity, and innovative nature.
Founded in 2023, the Mamaia Constanța Destination Management Organization aims to launch a comprehensive campaign to change Romanians’ perception of the vacation experience that the Mamaia Constanța destination can offer across all segments of Black Sea tourism.
